A new exciting opportunity has become available to join Mackillop Family, based in Blacktown, NSW. This role sits within the Corporate Services Property Team and reports to the Property Officer. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Property Administrator plays a key role in keeping our property operations running smoothly, supporting maintenance coordination, contractor management, invoicing, and accurate recordkeeping across a diverse property portfolio. Working within established procedures, you’ll maintain property systems, process documentation, and respond to day‑to‑day property enquiries - ensuring timely service delivery, precise data management, and clear communication between internal teams and external contractors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Property Administrator, you will: Support the Property team with day‑to‑day administration and documentation Log and track maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution Assist with contractor and supplier coordination and records Process invoices and enter data accurately and on time Maintain clear, up‑to‑date property and maintenance records Respond to routine property enquiries and escalate when required Provide general administrative support across the team Complete other reasonable duties as needed We are currently recruiting 1x full-time ongoing position and 1x 12-month maximum-term position with the opportunity to go to 18 months. KEY REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a similar role - Property administration in non-for profit / government sector is highly regarded Strong organisation & time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to follow policies, procedures & workplace standards Proficient in Microsoft Office & administration systems Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.
